Abstract :
Potential applications of biomagnetics to tissue engineering are discussed. Research topics include the protection or recovery of injured neurons by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), magnetic manipulation of cells, magnetic orientation of adherent cells and acceleration of bone growth by static magnetic fields.
