Abstract
The purpose of this study is to tailor microstructure of lead zirconate titanate, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT) ceramics to achieve improved mechanical and piezoelectric properties by adding nano-sized ceramic or metal particles into PZT. Sinterability and microstructure were modified by the nano-sized dispersoids. The properties conflicting in nature, i.e., mechanical and dielectric property could be compatible
