Abstract :
Industrial cluster is one of the most important organization forms to induce regional competitive advantages. The industrial clusters in China at present are mostly locating at the low part in the global industrial chain. In this way, studies on the industrial upgrading, the upgrading routine and the choice of upgrading part are of important theoretic and practical senses. In this paper, grey analysis of DEA inputs is used to recognize the key part in the function upgrade of an industrial cluster, and then the electronic manufacturing in NanJing is taken as an example to explain how to use grey analysis of DEA inputs to find out the key part in the function upgrading. It is demonstrated that grey analysis of DEA inputs could efficiently recognize the key part in the function upgrading of an industrial cluster.
