Abstract :
This article proposes the location of a power plant in the south western part of Turkey on the Mediterranean sea shore (Iskanderun area). The power plant will be connected with the Israeli grid, through a sub sea bundle of HVDC cables in Haifa Caesarea area, to be decided by IEC. This power plant´s facilities belong to US Companies. The proposed location will solve several problems for Israel. This article briefly discusses the main features of this power project
