  • Abstract
Many human disorders are still secret for present medical science. We don\´t know the reasons for the developing of pathological processes in human body we have not efficacious means for treatment of its. The new idea which can to overcome the barrier between the human environment and the "therapeutic agent" opens the way to modem, safe applications in medicine and includes the aspect of the influence with human body. These excellent proprieties have the Nanocrystalline Diamond Coatings on medical implants. The medical implants with NCD have been examined on two levels: 1. Macroscopic level examinations in vivo (guinea-pigs) with the NCD layer. 2. Examinations of Diamond Powder Particles as the "extended surface" of NCD coating on medical implants, covered by S.Mitura et al. (2002). This idea of applications the NCD as the diffusion barrier layers for medical implants in human body is the future of the modern medicine.
