Abstract :
Next generation air and space in-situ detection and imaging systems are going to require high bandwidth, low size, weight and power (SwAP) and high performance capabilities. As photonic link performance continues to improve, applications including electromagnetic sensors, advanced on-board imaging and analysis and reliable, high probability and low false alarm rate vehicle health management systems will continue to evolve and mature providing high return on investment (ROI) by providing enabling capabilities while saving significant life-cycle costs.
