Abstract
A new clock algorithm, called WE algorithm, was proposed by combining wavelet analysis and entropy theory based on ALGOS algorithm principle. Atomic clock signals are decomposed scale by scale, and wavelet entropy by which we can weight the clock, is obtained through synthesizing wavelet coefficients based on energy partition. The performance of the algorithm was examined by real data and the results demonstrated that it can improve the stability of timescale
