Abstract

The FhG-ISE PV-charts are a compilation of certified solar cell data measured at the FhG-ISE PV calibration laboratory that meet quality assurance requirements (ISO 9000). Not only world record cells are included in this list. It is rather intended to give a survey of the state-of-the-art that is reached at various research or industrial laboratories/production lines. Therefore, high efficiency solar cells, but also emerging technologies-even of lower efficiency-will be listed if they are of general interest. The data is presented in graphical and tabular form
