  • Abstract
    Secondary fiber recovery in paper-making industries is an effective way to solve the problems such as material shortage and energy crisis with the influences on the regional air environment due to emissions of waste gas. In this paper the environmental capacity of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and total suspended particle (TSP) in Yihuang County of Jiangxi Province, the total amount of waste gas from the mills and their effects on the environmental capacity are measured and inspected. Taking a new secondary paper making factory with 100,000 ton annual yield for example, the influences and the feasibility of the proposed mill on air environment are calculated and analyzed through models.
