Abstract :
As the simplification of the fluid field numerical simulation of large-scale bag filter can not reflect the distribution feature of the fluid field, in this paper, numerical simulation of practical large-scale bag filter model composed of 9500m2 filtering areas was carried out to predict the gas flow using Fluent 6.3. Effects of surface dust load on gas flow were analyzed, and provided a reference for research on large-scale bag filter.
