Abstract
Corporate Revenue Information System Plan (CRISP), which represents an important phase in an effort to rebuild the information systems infrastructure at Bell is discussed. This undertaking is expected to have far-reaching effects on the organization today and its ability to compete in the future. Currently, no part of the project has actually been implemented, so a detailed evaluation is not yet possible. However, the process followed is described as a model of how to manage decisions to invest in strategic infrastructure.
