Abstract :
We have developed a compact ultra-low time-jitter pulse generator using GS-LD and self-pulse feedback mechanism. Sub-picosecond low time jitters are successfully observed at any modulation frequency from 0.5 and 3 GHz. Short pulse width of 1.9 ps and low time jitter of 0.5 ps are simultaneously observed using pulse compression technique
