Abstract
Proposes a fuzzy logic based computational approach as an alternative way for determining the control quality of projects´ development processes from customer satisfaction and process performance measures. Its focal point is taking advantage of the fuzzy logic capabilities to analysis and design of systems whose behavior is based on experts´ skill and knowledge in project management. Our main goals are centralized to: minimize the human task for evaluating the quality of organizations´ process control; provide quantitative management with visibility into the projects´ process performance; and supply feedback information to stakeholders about the projects´ process control quality. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is shown through its application to a set of project case studies.
