Abstract :
In this paper the influences of random MOS capacitance errors in the frequency response of switched-capacitor filters are studied. Adopting a Gaussian distribution for the capacitance ratio errors, closed-form estimates for the mean and the standard deviation of the frequency response error are derived. The main theoretical results are verified by Monte Carlo simulations
