Abstract :
This paper proposes the design of fuzzy control of a bi directional converter with variable inductance for dc microgrids. The nonlinear inductance model is developed and taken into consideration in the controller design of the bi-directional inverter to promote the performance. A novel fuzzy control strategy is proposed to increase the magnetizing voltage such that the current distortion is reduced. Simulated results demonstrated the effectiveness of the design.
