  • Abstract
A new synthesis method which takes into account the arbitrary constraints on the input impedance of lossless matching network or equalizer is presented. The method is particularly suitable for designing matching networks and equalizers used in various RF and microwave solid-state circuits (such as broadband transistor amplifiers, mixers, multipliers, etc.). With this method, e.g., a suppression of higher order harmonics in the output signal, the circuit stability conditions, requirements for the simultaneous set of circuit characteristics, experimental load - pull data, etc., can be considered in the network synthesis
