Abstract :
This paper outlines a way of using a computer-based handbook for the dissemination of company and project knowledge which alleviates the problems of paper-based procedure manuals. An online facility, a handbook, is created to allow instant access to up-to-date information about a company and the way it operates. The data is organised using a series of models built using the Boardman Soft Systems Methodology and a unique pictorial representation called the `Systemigram´
