Optofluidic intracavity spectroscopy (OFIS) measurements of individual canine lymphoma cells in a microfluidic Fabry-Perot produced repeatable transmission spectra. The transverse mode spacing was more varied for transmission spectra of non-cancerous peripheral blood mononuclear cells
