Abstract :
A spectral flat-top, single resonant and ultra broadband - more than 180 nm in a -20 dB bandwidth, thin-clad ultra-broadband long-period fiber grating (UBLPG) filter with synthesizing using the Lagrange multiplier optimization (LMO) algorithm is presented in this paper.
