Abstract
The goal of personalized service technology is to provide proper information to the customer from the increasing information on the Internet or other information resources. Nowadays personalized service technologies are widely used in many areas. And E-commerce has become a prominent buzzword in IT industry in recent years, but how can we provide more compatible service to the customer in the E-commerce age? In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for providing personalized service in B2C E-commerce to the customer based on the consumption data of this person. As an intelligent algorithm, it aims at processing the dynamic cases of each customer.
