Welcome message from the conference chair

Time flies. It was 2004 when Hong Kong last hosted ISCSLP. After the Symposium has made its marvelous rounds across our region, we have the privilege to host the Symposium again this year. On behalf of all the organizers, I wish to extend my warmest welcome to your coming to Hong Kong again! We have invited seven distinguished speakers to share their insights on topics of their expertise. A wonderfully rich technical program awaits us, featuring 97 papers selected via a rigorous reviewing process and presented in oral and poster sessions. I sincerely hope that the depth and diversity of our program will stimulate technical discussions in a lively and enjoyable manner.
