Abstract :
Over time, a multitude of disconnected tools have been developed for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) mission operations training support around existing specialized organizational processes. The Scheduling, Training Administration, and Records (STAR) web application was introduced as an integrated system to provide a singular source of information and flexibility for process changes. Methods for quickly developing a cost-effective, sustainable enterprise web application that encompasses many complex operational functions are discussed.
