            Abstract : 
We propose a novel optoelectronic circuit based on dual-port LiNbO3 intensity modulators, which realizes 1:4 demultiplexing and clock recovery simultaneously. A 40-Gbit/s signal is demultiplexed into 10-Gbit/s tributaries with power penalty less than 3 dB.
