Abstract
Two types of 45deg-chamfers are designed to enhance the light transmission of a 90deg-bent hollow waveguide formed by omni-directional reflector (HW-ODR). The simulation shows that the proposed designs have increased the transmission efficiency, compared with that of an abrupt L-shape HW-ODR.
