Abstract :
The structured singular value μ is effective for system analysis and controller synthesis. However, since it is difficult to compute it analytically, its upper bound is used in most cases. This paper gives new upper bounds of the structured singular value μ based on parameter dependent multipliers. The upper bounds can be computed via a finite set of LMIs. Numerical examples show their effectiveness
