Abstract
In an increasingly competitive education market, vocational college need enhance competitive power based on customer value. In order to provide theoretical guidance for enhancing vocational college competitiveness, the paper studies customer value (CV) in vocational colleges from the view of student custom. Firstly, the paper proposes theory model of customer value evaluation system. Secondly, empirical study is adopted to obtain the customer value hierarchy on vocational college evaluation system through obtaining data in three vocational colleges students of Rizhao city, which will provide operational methods and quantifiable indicators for the further development of vocational colleges.
