Abstract :
In order to make it more accurate and efficient for users to acquire information resources on the internet, this paper puts forward a new method to organize and manage knowledge based on a concept of “knowledge element”, which helps to offers a kind of personalized intelligent service called “knowledge service”. This paper mainly introduces the whole design of the system which constructs the links among knowledge elements by semantic label and classification based on the ontology theory. And it describes each process in detail and presents some concrete proposals for implementing the system.
