Abstract :
With the trend of global economic integration, strengthening economic and trade exchanges between different countries, the economic value of products of designations of origin increased. Fourteen trace elements of soil and plants samples were determined by ICP-AES. The accuracy of method was between 0.76% and 8.46%, and the precision was 0.15%~8.1%, and the detection limits of elements determined was between 0.0011~0.076μg·mL-1. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between content of trace elements in soil and in plants. The elements can be a fingerprinting marker of products of designations of origin.
