Abstract :
Road recognition is critical for safe driving and intelligent vehicles. In order to improve the real-time and stability of lane recognition, a robust road recognition algorithm based on improved Canny and Progressive Probabilistic Hough Transform (PPHT) is proposed in this paper, Experiments prove accuracy of the lane recognition and high real-time capability in the different scenarios.
