  • Abstract
    Image restoration is an important research direction for the digital image processing field. A recovery algorithm is proposed in this paper for the details of the low resolution video image sequence. This method can get a clear high-resolution image by locating and regulating the region of interest (ROI) of the low-resolution video sequence, and integrating the different information for each corrected frame. The presented algorithm can be applied in the sequences which have prominent feature points, such as the criminal investigation of the license plate recognition.
