    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    In order to study the relationship between social economic development and work safety of our country, the paper analytical studies the regular pattern of work safety since building-up the People´s Republic of China., and chooses 7 social economic targets which are close to the work safety, and applies degree of grey incidence to analyze each target which impact on the work safety. The result indicates that gross output value of agriculture as percentage of GDP is the most important factor, the second is the third estate gross output value as percentage of GDP, the input in technology and education is minor one. The paper also discusses the intrinsic causality, and provides the view and recommendation for our country in the course of industrialization.
