Abstract :
This work focuses on the development of framework and methodology for analysis and evaluation of industrial systems to support its planning, analysis, operation, and management for the improvement of resources efficiency. General theoretical and methodological aspects of building the system of indicators are presented. Based on the Pressure-State-Response (PSR) model, the system of indicators is derived from the resources, environmental impacts, social, and economic aspects. It includes pressure, state, and response indicators to present positive and negative effects on the economic performance, the social and environmental impact of industrial activities. The framework for system analysis based on multi-criteria decision analysis is proposed at a regional level. A simple industrial system as a case study is presented.
