Abstract :
GSM base stations distribute like honeycomb in general, the two GSM base station signals are selected from which for building a passive radar system. This paper studied the application of engineering principles to improve the risk factor to be smallest in positioning accuracy of the system to detect air target. And establish the most optimal mathematical model for selection the base stations. Simulations have been done to verify the feasibility of the program. It´s of theoretical significance and practical value for improving the detecting accuracy of passive radar system based on dual-GSM base station.
