Abstract :
This work focuses on dynamic output feedback control of a class of nonlinear singularly perturbed systems. A nonlinear two-time-scale output feedback controller is synthesized which guarantees stability and enforces output tracking in the closed-loop system, provided that the singular perturbation parameter is sufficiently small. The proposed controller is successfully tested on a chemical process modeled by a nonlinear singularly perturbed system with unstable fast dynamics
