Abstract :
LPG is one of the Hazardous sources in city. Once a fire and explosion accident happens, large people injuring and property loss will be caused. Through analysis on hazardous factors of LPG station, the fault tree of LPG station explosion has been established. Combining Monte-carlo method, the theory and method of stimulation of hazards has been analyzed and expatiated in detail. For the feasibility and aptitude, the plotting of the fault tree and data input of fault tree are discussed. Comparing the result of this method with the theoretic value in the process of practical application, the error is small. At the same time, the importance exponents for the hazards of different indexes are analyzed by using simulation data. It shows that the result of this method is reliable and rational, which proves the method is reliable and reasonable and can provide the reference for making the corresponding measures to prevent and control accidents of LPG station.
