Abstract :
Sensor-weapon-target assignment is an important activity involved in planning and executing a course-of-action in a future warfare. The outcome of networked targeting and attacking based on C4KISR may strongly depend on the intelligent usage of available sensors and weapons maximizing their effectiveness. One downside of Swt-opt algorithm is that it highly depends on perfect network topologies. In this paper, consensus algorithm is combined with Swt-opt algorithm to guarantee the assignment effective over many different dynamic network topologies. The improved algorithm also has advantages over communication, computation and robustness to inconsistent situation awareness. The feasibility of the improved algorithm is proved at the end of the paper.
