Abstract :
Based on the relevance analysis of event characteristics, system engineering, and safety assessment theory & method, this paper puts forward the management method for grading assessment of highway tunnel operation safety from the standpoint of current operation situation of China´s highway tunnel, establishes corresponding safety assessment index system; and on this basis, presents the follow up and inspection theatrical method to the safety situation of indexes at various levels, constitutes the preventative safety operation decision-making control framework of tunnel, and provides theatrical basis for the formulation of highway tunnel preventative curing proposal and management countermeasures.
