Abstract :
Based on the study and reference of the anti-error monitoring system on the automotive engine´s valve group´s assembly at home and abroad, using the cubic spline interpolation method on the new generation of fully automated computer monitoring system for the discrete point data´s processing. This article has introduced the error detection system´s structural framework and its implementation functions, and also the platform which is formed by various hardware and software that the system based on. The article further explained the analysis and treatment process of the discrete point data which collected by the laser distance sensor, and focus on the cubic spline interpolation which got a detailed analysis. The system eventually realizes the anti-error detection work on the automotive engine´s valve group´s assembly.
