  • Abstract
    In recent years, wireless network-based multimedia messaging has become a hot research in the field of information technology. Based on the analysis of specific issues On the mobile device video display system development, The new conversion and transformation algorithms are presented on the video display color space conversion and resolution conversion. For the limited resources of mobile monitoring equipment system and control environment to obtain better results, multi-threaded, double buffering optimization of the key technologies are proposed for wireless transmission of video information displayed on mobile devices, the scheduling and utilization efficiency of CPU and memory resources are achieved, and the realization of these optimization techniques are given in the Windows CE platform.
