Abstract :
A micro-array based automated hybridization platform, ITRI HybOne, has been developed for whole human genome expression profiling test. After one year of development and one more year of alpha-site test, the prototype platform with a throughput rate of 12-sets of hybridization per lot has been proved. After mechanical improvements the MTBF value of ITRI HybOne reaches 5 repeats of profiling test at present.
