Abstract :
In the unban construction, metro construction enterprises enjoy special nature of production and products with unique characteristics. This paper analyzes the concrete implementation of the third party logistics outsourcing applied in the urban construction project of metro construction enterprises. Through the case study of bureau of China Railway Tunnel, it shows that taking advantage of the third party logistics enterprises to manage supply business has favorable effects on metro construction enterprises.
