Abstract :
In this paper, a new high speed and high noise immunity sense amplifier circuit is proposed. Multiple phases precharge technique, self adjusted load technique and a novel regulator are adopted to increase access speed and noise immunity under low power supply. The circuit was implemented in 0.18μm CMOS compatible embedded SONOS technology. Simulation results show that the precharge time is reduced to 5ns and sensing delay is 1.9ns in typical condition under 1.8V power supply.
