  • Abstract
    This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of energy saving and emission reduction for industrial park information system based on GIS concerning the design of database and the function modules, which provide a sound management method of energy saving and emission reduction of industrial park for Industrial park administration. The spatial database of system is managed by the ArcSDE+Oracle9i. C#. net is used as the development environment platform. The technique of ADO.net enables the application to access and manipulate enterprise business data. Using Arc Engine embedded component, the modules of attribute query, spatial query, statistical analysis, decision analysis, spatial analysis, network optimization are implemented. In addition, it is the synthetic applications of the GIS and MIS.
