The Communications Research Laboratory (CRL), Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPT), Japan has been conducting research and development on Radio on Fiber (ROF) Road-Vehicle Communications (RVC) for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) using millimeter wave. This paper shows our RVC test bed and propagation problem on this ROF system
