Abstract :
This paper aims to propose targeted instructional design capacity-building strategy for student teacher. As future teachers, the student teacher should have the ability of teaching ability, which, instructional design capability is the basis of teaching ability. Therefore, the instructional design capacity-building is an important aspect of teacher education. In this study, based on the status of student teacher´s instructional design capabilities, we experimented that the instructional design knowledge and skills training and group collaborative discussion learning are helpful for instructional design capacity-building.
