Abstract
Taking a holistic approach to stratified sampling, this research tries to find out the status of Handan middle school chemistry teachers´ self-regulated learning behavior. The results show that the status of behavior is diverse. The most common way of teachers´ self-regulated learning are imitate study, study with a teacher and professional dialogue. However, lack of critical thinking. Difference research shows that the characteristics of self-learning behavior is same between male and female teachers, between junior high and high school teachers, between city and county teachers. But the young teacher self-learning behavior better than the old teacher.
