Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improve, and Control) approach for developing an eLearning model that can be applied to Aerospace Repair Station in Thailand. The designed eLearning model was developed by integration between Six Sigma and Quality Management tools as QFD (Quality Functional Deployment) and BSC (Business Balanced Score Card). The target group is workforce who works in repair station in Thailand because repair station is a key factor in developing high quality of mechanical components and aircraft engines. Therefore, operating process with lowest deviation is required. Quality is direct concerned to aircraft safety as it may causes undesired aircraft state. Results of the study identified that there is possibility to apply the eLearning model in Aerospace Repair Station in Thailand. Furthermore, the eLearning model is not only able to apply for repair station but also the other business sectors in Aerospace such as air transportation, air cargo, and, other air services sectors.
