            Abstract :
In this paper, FLUENT software was used to simulate the burning process in a utility boiler. Chose the kinetics/diffusion-limited as combustion model, discrete ordinates as radiation model, realizable model as viscous model, PDF model as combustion turbulent flow model, and two step mode as soot mode. Numerical calculation of soot was done. The soot distribution along with furnace height and in the furnace outlet surface was studied.
