Abstract
This paper is based on the research done during the first 3 months of 2011 at Assumption University of Thailand to assess the needs and requirements of students in using mobile devices to augment their traditional studies at the university and also to study the attitudes of the students towards mobile learning (mLearning). The research shows a positive attitude towards mLearning by majority of students. This paper continues to discuss the development of a video-based courseware development system that can be played on varieties of computers and mobile phones for on demand Learning.
