            Abstract : 
The author claims that a totally new pedagogy is available because of tools like Maple that actually do the analytic manipulations which have been the focus of the traditional curriculum for so many years. Given that a computer can now be directed to perform nearly all the manipulations of the undergraduate mathematics curriculum, the software becomes both a teaching/learning device and a production tool. Maple can be used to learn about, and implement mathematics and engineering analysis
